Integration with other services

Recently, Qualtrics has been working to expand their integration with other services, in particular Computer Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) and Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems. This integration will allow business customers to more easily conduct phone interviews, or provide things like customer satisfaction ratings or technical support/help ticket systems using Qualtrics' survey tools.

However, you can already integrate Qualtrics with web services programmatically, by telling Qualtrics to retrieve information from a URL, which can then be used to set embedded data or display information from another site. You can even pass embedded data to the web service via URL, so it can, for instance, return different information based on the condition a survey participant is in.
